Aviano Watch Company began as most good things do, from a discussion between friends. A spirited exchange regarding watch design and functionality amongst fighter pilots inspired our founder to develop a customized aviation watch, Prototype 001. It was a hit and led to a unit version for military pilots, which was also enthusiastically received, resulting in the first group order. Additional operational units noticed and appreciated the custom watches, and additional versions were developed then delivered. Our watches have seen time above Mach 1, high-G maneuvers, freefall, and diving. Now we’re bringing timepieces inspired by our custom work out of the shadows.
